I easily see the negatives in any situation, person and even church – now while this could make me a grounded person on average it makes me a pessimist. This last month I have seen that my pessimistic mindset has rubbed off on my wife and other people, my wife by nature is a glass half full person. She only sees the good in people and over looks the bad in them – this kinder reminds me of another person called Jesus!
So in our marriages, church, ministry and lives I think we need to be like Jesus and focus on the positives! Its easier to focus on the negatives of your wife (trust me – just ask my wife) but it is not worth it!
