Interesting that Jesus healed more than he saved! It’s not words or sound theology that got peoples interest but rather the healings and signs & wonders. Verse 35-37: perfect example of the power of words & how negative words can deflate faith & limit the power of God.

The parable of the sower sounds like today’s church. None have roots in Gods word & are established as they are based on enternainment and not the word of God.

Verse 1-6: I love how Jesus did not give a stuff about the Pharisees and what they thought about him breaking tradition. Question is how do we today break tradition in the church? The methods that have becomme the churches theology on how you be saved & do church?

When the religous folk have a go at Jesus for his disciples eating the grain yet said nothing about David. To me it shows to me that every church hates the new kid on the block. Someone who is not afraid of shaking it up, new style of worship, saying something unpopular.

Interesting after just one healing, Jesus couldn’t move freely in the city. He healed people & did signs and wonders as a way of establishing himself & using that to minister to people.
